These Terms of Service govern your use of Runday. By using the app you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance of terms

By using Runday you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

Runday creates an anonymous account so you can start right away without an email or password. You are responsible for activity that happens through your device and your shared family group.

Subscriptions & billing

Runday Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (Annual or Weekly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend access for behavior that harms other families or the service.

AI-generated content

Runday uses AI to read photos and voice notes you provide and suggest calendar events. Results may be inaccurate — always review events before relying on them.

Disclaimer & liability

Runday is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed events, scheduling errors, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
