This policy explains what Runday collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect only what's needed to run your family's shared calendar.

What we collect

• Account: an anonymous identifier created on first launch. • Family group: the family name, members you add, and events on your shared calendar. • AI input: photos and voice notes you choose to share, processed to extract events. • Subscription status: provided by Apple via RevenueCat.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the shared calendar, parse events with AI, sync across your family group, and manage Pro access. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Photos and voice text you submit are sent to our secure cloud function and an AI provider (OpenAI) solely to extract calendar events. They are not used to train third-party models.

Data sharing

We use Google Firebase (auth, database, functions) and RevenueCat (subscriptions). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Data retention & deletion

Your data persists while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from Family → Delete account; this removes you from your family group and permanently deletes your account data.

Children

Runday is intended for parents (adults). Family member entries you create for children contain only the details you choose to add.
